Kelsey Virginia Cain is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham (AL) office. She is with the Medicare Compliance Group and her practice focuses primarily on assisting clients with the federal Medicare Secondary Payor Act.
Kelsey received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Berry College and a Master of Science in Biomedical Professions from Lincoln Memorial University. She earned her Juris Doctor from Cumberland Law School and was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 2022. While in law school she was a member of the National Trial Team and served on the Career Development and Advisory Board. She was Vice President of the Cumberland Public Interest and Community Service Association and the Student Health Lawyers Association.
A PERSONAL NOTE
Kelsey’s outside interests include spending time with her Great Dane, Calvert and her horse, Bentley. She has an avid interest in music and plays piano, French horn, and violin. Kelsey serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the youth music education non-profit Spirit of Atlanta.
