ACH Option for Payment of Conditional Payment Claims
CMS implemented an option this year for parties to issue ACH payments to reimburse conditional payment claims. The payment process must be set up with CMS prior to attempting to submit payments. In order to begin the process, an email with “ACH Set Up” in the subject line should be sent to the CRC (CRCACHpayments@performantcorp.com) and/or the BCRC (BCRC_Finance@GDIT.com). The email should identify a point of contact for your organization and the CRC/BCRC will reach out to set up the process.
