CMS to Host CRC NGHP Applicable Plan Webinar

CMS announced that it will be hosting a CRC NGHP Applicable Plan webinar to discuss the procedures and best practices for redeterminations. CMS advised that the webinar will primarily focus on how to effectively submit a redetermination request (also known as a first level appeal). The webinar will also review appeal requirements, what is eligible for an appeal, and documentation that is needed to support an appeal. The webinar is scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2020, at 1:00 Eastern Time.

Participants will need to access both the webinar link and the conference dial in provided in order to utilize both the visual and audio portions of the presentation. CMS requests that all participants join at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the presentation.
