CMS to Host Webinar on WCMSAs

On February 17, 2022, CMS will host a webinar at 1:00 Eastern Time to discuss Medicare Set-aside issues in workers’ compensation cases. The discussion will include a “summary of what’s new in Medicare set-asides” along with “questions related to the inclusion of treatments, application of state rules, re-reviews/amended reviews and more.” Attendees will need to use both the webinar link and call-in number below in order to view and listen to the presentation. Due to volume, CMS requests that attendees dial in at least 15 minutes before the start of the presentation.
