This month’s attorney spotlight is on Jessica Hurst, an attorney in our Dothan office. The year is already off to a quick start and Jessica shares what lies ahead for her in 2022.

Do you have any New Year’s resolutions?

I love goal-setting and planning for a new year. This year my goals look much different though. With three young children and a busy home, my goals center more on being present and intentional with my time and less on achievements.

What did you learn in 2021 that you want to carry into 2022?

The last two years have certainly taught me how to be more flexible. While I hope 2022 does not require the same level of adapting as 2020 and 2021, I hope that I can roll with the punches and take each day as it comes.

Where do you hope to travel this year?

We are taking a family lake trip this summer and I am excited to make some memories with my kids out on the water.
